The ACNielsen Global Consumer Confidence and Opinions Survey was conducted in 28 markets across the US, Asia-Pacific and Europe. More than 14,000 consumers were surveyed online in early October 2004 to gauge their feelings towards the past and future state of their local economies, what they usually do with any extra cash they may have, and what issues and concerns trouble them the most.
